Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or create an account. By using the site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that are used for fraud or abuse.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct mistakes, change prices, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders (including after an order is placed), and discontinue products at any time. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount charged.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send a confirmation or ship the product, whichever comes first. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Taxes shown at checkout are estimates and may be adjusted based on the final ship-to address.

5. Shipping and risk of loss

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. If a package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within a reasonable time and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

6. Returns and refunds

Unless a product page says otherwise, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories. Some items (final-sale, opened software, consumables, custom orders) may not be returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or other users' accounts;
• scrape, mirror, or use automated tools to extract content or pricing without our written permission;
• interfere with the operation of the site or transmit malware or harmful code;
• resell or otherwise commercially exploit the site or its content without authorization.

8. Intellectual property

The site, including its text, graphics, logos, layout, and code, is owned by TangoTech HQ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Third-party brand names and product images remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TangoTech HQ and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site or any product purchased through the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TangoTech HQ from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TangoTech HQ is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If that fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• You give it to us — name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details when you create an account, place an order, or contact us.
• Automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL, and similar technical data collected through cookies and server logs.
• From third parties — payment confirmation and fraud-check signals from our payment processor, and delivery status from shipping carriers.

We do not store full payment card numbers. Card data is handled directly by our payment processor.

2. How we use your information

• to process and ship orders and provide customer support;
• to keep cart, region, and account state working correctly;
• to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• to send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices);
• to send marketing email only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time;
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the store, including:

• payment processors, to charge your card and prevent fraud;
• shipping carriers, to deliver your order;
• hosting, email, and analytics providers, to run the site;
• professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) when necessary;
• government or law enforcement when required by law.

If TangoTech HQ is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Cookies and similar tech

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart and region, measure site usage, and improve the experience. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may break parts of the site (for example, checkout).

5. Data retention

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting, and other legal requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, vetted service providers) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@tangotechhq.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by service providers located elsewhere. By using the site, you understand that your data may be transferred internationally.

9. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
